My approach to coaching and teaching is both methodical and joyful. As a former dancer, I believe firmly in consistency, discipline and focus. As a practitioner for 30 years, I’ve experienced both the initial transformation as well as the lasting benefits of a regular yoga, mindfulness meditation and breath practice. As a teacher and coach, I have benefitted as an observer — watching as thousands of my students shaped and directed their own health toward a better outcome.
