I’ve spent the last 25 Years delivering highly-tailored yoga, meditation and wellbeing programs to collegiate & professional athletes, corporate clients and individuals.
Being radiantly well and achieving balance in living is both an art and a science. I have spent the last 30 years practicing what I learned from world-renowned yoga teachers and have spent the last 25 years sharing this knowledge with thousands of others.
I took my first yoga class in the mid 90’s and subsequently began an in-depth study of yoga in 1996, while finishing my BFA in Dance at the University of Minnesota.
From 2002-2014 I was a Lecturer at the University of Minnesota and began working extensively with collegiate and professional athletes. I’ve designed and delivered programs for mental health clinics, school districts and dozens of corporate clients, including: the University of Minnesota Gophers Men’s Football Team, St. Paul Public Schools, Code42 Software, University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts, The Therapy Place, One Yoga and Arena Dances.
My approach to wellbeing is rooted in a combination of ancient healing practices, modern scientific evidence and a holistic mindset. I do my best to bring to the table what is needed at the right time. And while timing is not everything, it is a major factor.
