My Primary aim is to share the practices and teachings of yoga, meditation, breathwork and eastern philosophy That I’ve explored and practiced over the last three decades — specifically those that have given me insight into cultivating radiant health and happiness. I’ve found this Primarily through Ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda yoga, mindfulness meditation and a comprehensive breath practice and hope that you will join me on your journey toward improved physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
