I’ve recently partnered with Premier Sport Psychology to deliver a Robust and integrated performance solution built for collegiate and professional athletic teams, Athletics programs, coaches and individual athletes.

When I first began teaching in the late 90’s, yoga and meditation were still considered by most people to be fringe practices. Few athletes were aware of the personal benefits of yoga and mindfulness meditation — and even fewer were talking about how these practices could contribute to a player and team’s overall performance and competitive advantage.

A lot has changed over the last 25 years. Think 2013 — Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks. And before Carroll, there was Phil Jackson, who used mindfulness meditation with the Chicago Bulls and the LA Lakers to build a more connected and self-aware team and enhance the focus, agility and stress-tolerance of his players.

The last 25+ years of working working with collegiate and professional athletes has led me to my present day programs and services, which are rooted in mindfulness coaching, therapeutic yoga and breathwork.
